Crab Surimi Sticks are a type of processed seafood traditionally consumed in Japan. The word "surimi", which literally means "minced meat" in Japan, also refers to the processing processes of white-fleshed fish. After the cleaned and finely chopped fish meat is washed with water many times, the meat is purified; It is steamed by adding flavors of fish such as crab, lobster or shrimp, and ingredients such as salt, sugar, egg whites and potato starch. After this process, the meat is given its final shape. You can also use it in sushi rolls or in salads.

Orders placed on the Anatolian side during the day are delivered on the same day.
