Meticulously sorted, vein-free, seasoned in milk, veal livers are chopped into cubes and dipped in flour. The livers such as Turkish delight, which we prepare by frying in sunflower oil, are accompanied by red powdered sweet pepper and chili flakes, which we brought specially from Gaziantep.

Orders from Istanbul Ataşehir region until 19:00 are delivered within 30 minutes.
Orders placed on the Anatolian side during the day are delivered on the same day.
You can only pay for your orders online with a credit or debit card. Your invoice will be delivered via e-mail after the payment is completed. The service fee to be charged for your orders varies according to the location information and order amount.
