Umay Oğul Honey is prepared with a special production process to preserve its high enzyme values. In this process, conditionally crystallized cream honey form was used and the heating process applied after freezing could be avoided. In this way, the highest rate of enzyme is preserved and the nutritional values ​​of the product are preserved in the best way. Honey produced in one of the rare regions suitable for organic beekeeping, such as the Zara springs, draws attention with its height and location, as well as the richness of different types of plants and endemic flora. In addition to many plants such as thyme, mint, honeydew, hyacinth, and stone clover, protected and region-specific plants such as Achiilea Sintenisii also contribute to the content of honey.
